We talked to Monroe Woodbury wrestlers Tom Curley, Tommy Murphy, & AJ Voelker and coach Steve Fishbein. Tim and Mike analyzed the recent and upcoming wrestling action, and we revealed the new set of Section 9 wrestling rankings.

Right click on the "Click Here To Download" link, and choose "Save Target As..." from the menu that appears.

Choose a folder on your computer to save the show's audio file. Remember where you saved it.

FOR MP3 PLAYERS/SMART PHONES - If the audio file is not an mp3, you will need a program to convert it to an mp3. Once the show's audio file is an mp3, you should be able to simply drag it and drop it into the folder representing your mp3 player.

FOR iPODS/iPHONES - Open iTunes. Click "File". Click "Add File To Library". Find the show's audio file and click "Open". iTunes should automatically transfer the file into itunes. It may convert the file into an iTunes-friendly format. Once it is in your iTunes music library, hook up your iPod/iPhone and transfer it on to the device.
