Contest Rules
ROMA PIZZA “GUESS THE TOTAL RUNS” CONTEST
OBJECT OF THE CONTEST:
The object of this contest is to correctly guess the total number of runs that will be scored each week in the games being broadcast by KJ Broadcasting on Hudson Valley Oldies 1490 WDLC. If no contestant is able to guess the exact run total, the entrant who gets closest to the correct run total without going over is declared the winner. If there is more than one correct entry, a winner will be drawn at random, unless either KJ Broadcasting or Roma Pizza chooses to award all correct entries.
WHAT DO YOU WIN?
The prize awarded is a “Family Pack” from Roma Pizza in the Milford Landing Shopping Center on Rt. 6 & 209 in Milford, PA. A “Family Pack” includes a large cheese Neapolitan pizza, a side of pasta(ziti or spaghetti with meatballs(2)), a side salad, and a side of bread. Roma Pizza reserves the right to substitute items in the family pack with items of equal or greater value.
HOW TO ENTER: Contestants must enter in person at Roma Pizza’s restaurant in the Milford Landing Shopping Center on Rt. 6 & 209 in Milford, PA. Once there, a contestant must fill out an entry blank, provided by KJ Broadcasting and Roma Pizza, and located on the Roma Pizza counter nearest the front door. All entry blanks must be filled out completely to be entered to win. To fill out the entry blank completely, the contestant must write their first and last name, a telephone number where they may be reached, a valid email address, and the total number of runs they think will be scored in the games specified on the contest poster attached to the clear plastic entry box. This poster will identify the games being broadcast during the specific contest period. This poster will also list the deadline to enter for that specific contest. There is no purchase necessary to enter this contest.
RESTRICTIONS:
To be considered for a particular contest, entries must be in the entry box at Roma Pizza by the deadline advertised on the contest poster at Roma Pizza. Typically this deadline is 5pm the day before the first game being broadcast, but may be earlier. Entry is limited to one per person, household, phone number, and email address. Entrants cannot win more than once every 30 days.
PORT JAVA “FIRST STRIKEOUT” CONTEST
OBJECT OF THE CONTEST:
In this contest, listeners are encouraged to call the studio when they hear the first strikeout of a baseball or softball broadcast on WDLC to win a prize. For each game broadcasted, there will be one contest played. In the event that a game is broadcast both live AND tape-delayed, the contest will only be played during the live broadcast. In the event that there is no strikeout recorded in the game being broadcast, no prize will be awarded.
WHAT DO YOU WIN?
The prize awarded is a $10 Gift Certificate to Port Java Café on Front Street in Port Jervis. The Gift Certificate has no cash value. Port Java reserves the right to dictate the terms of applying the Gift Certificate.
HOW TO ENTER: Contestants must call the WDLC studio, 845-856-5185, and be the first caller to get through to the broadcast engineer following the first strikeout of the broadcast. No more than one winner will be awarded per broadcast. There is no purchase necessary to play this contest.

Listeners may only win by calling the WDLC studio line at 845-856-5185 during a broadcast on WDLC. Listeners may only win once every 30 days.
MONTAGUE DAIRY QUEEN “LAST LICKS TRIVIA” CONTEST

In this contest, listeners are encouraged to call the studio to correctly answer the “Last Licks” trivia question asked during the Game Night broadcast. For each broadcast, there will be one contest played.
WHAT DO YOU WIN?
The prize awarded is a Gift Certificate good for one medium Blizzard from Dairy Queen on Route 23 in Montague, New Jersey. The Gift Certificate has no cash value. Port Java reserves the right to dictate the terms of applying the Gift Certificate.
